The APMP-Practitioner™ will have the necessary experience to produce winning bids and proposals and will be able to demonstrate their commitment both to the profession and to improving their skills in this area, through continuous professional development.
This level of Accreditation is only open to members of the APMP who have achieved APMP-Foundation™ Level status.
There are 2 parts to the accreditation at the APMP-Practitioner™ level:
1. You must have provided the name of a reference person to the APMP, (such as your line manager, a peer or a commissioning client) who is prepared to confirm that you have worked for at least 3 years in a bids and proposals environment. Your nominated reference will be contacted by the APMP Assessor to discuss a sample of your responses. The telephone conversation will be at a time convenient to your reference and will last no more than 10-15 minutes.
2. You must provide the APMP with a completed Proposal Practitioner Assessment Questionnaire™ (PPAQ™) providing evidence to substantiate your application at this level.
Notification of results
If successful, a Certificate will be sent to you, confirming your achievement of APMP-Practitioner™ Level within 2-4 weeks of submitting your PPAQ™.
Continuing Professional Development
You will be required to earn CEU credits (Continuing Education Units) to maintain your accreditation.
Important Note: If you took and passed the APMP-Foundation™ Level by means of a paper-based examination, please register for this assessment at least 48 hours before you wish to begin.
